ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for you develop new business and drive our sales performance in the Greater Sydney, Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions.

Reporting to the National Manager, Sales this role is perfect for someone who enjoys building lasting partnerships through the sales process, is driven to achieve growth and most importantly is able to manage the entire business development cycle

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead development, quoting and closing opportunities
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve targets
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities within NSW/ACT for major projects as well civil infrastructure and commercial construction project
  • Build and manages strategic relationships
  • Together with the National Manager, Sales develop and implement the sales and marketing plan for NSW
  • Identify and attend networking and sponsorship events
  • Drive client entertainment initiatives including our Supercars team activations
  • Provide personal customer service and support through the sales process
  • Proficient in the use of sales CRM software and ensure all data is captured
  • Promote new products as we introduce them to our range

ABOUT YOU

Our NSW branch needs an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager, proven success working in the building, construction or hire industries is certainly an advantage.

This is a hands on role and your ability to close opportunities will be supported by continued investment in new fleet and assets. Self motivation, a passion for achieving success, strong relationship development skills and desire to support clients are important attributes.
