At Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour, we create moments that matter. Located in the heart of the city, we're looking for a Guest Service Agent who brings warmth, confidence, and a love for hospitality to every guest interaction.

Your Day to Day

  • Welcome guests with genuine care and a seamless check-in experience
  • Support IHG One Rewards members and returning guests
  • Handle bookings, payments, and enquiries efficiently
  • Anticipate guest needs and share local recommendations that make their stay unforgettable
