ISOBiotech is a fast-growing startup at the cutting edge of diagnostic technology. We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who's excited to break into the science and healthcare space—even if your background isn't in science.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Learn about our innovative diagnostic products and share them in simple, compelling ways
  • Identify new sales opportunities across industries like healthcare, education, field testing, and more
  • Connect with clients, understand their needs, and introduce solutions that matter
  • Work closely with our scientific team to keep messaging accurate and engaging
  • Deliver product presentations (in-person or online)
  • Help shape our outreach and communication strategy
  • Attend events and networking opportunities (optional/flexible)
  • Track your sales and celebrate your wins

About You

  • You don't need a science degree, but you do need curiosity and motivation
  • You're a great communicator—whether in writing, speaking, or storytelling
  • You enjoy connecting with people and building relationships
  • You're organized, self-directed, and work well remotely
  • You want to grow your skills in a forward-thinking company
  • Any experience in sales, marketing, education, customer service, creative media, or similar is a plus

What You'll Earn

This is a volunteer-based role with uncapped commission potential:

  • 4% commission on sales of our RapidDetector device
  • 2.5% commission on IPA product sales
  • Monthly payments

The Practical Stuff

  • 20 hours/week, flexible schedule
  • Remote-first team (some events or client calls may be in person)

  • Based in Australia (must be eligible to work in Australia)
