Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding performance

  • Provide guidance and training to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism

  • Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
