Baseus is a leading global 3C consumer electronics brand, specialising in mobile accessories, charging solutions, audio products, and smart lifestyle gadgets. We are expanding our retail presence and looking for passionate individuals who love technology and enjoy engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service: Welcome customers, introduce products (e.g., power banks, earphones, cables, phone cases, car mounts), and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with new 3C products, understand their functions and selling points.
  • After-Sales Support: Answer customer inquiries and provide guidance on warranties and services.
  • Store Operations: Assist in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment.
  • Teamwork: Support the Store Manager and work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Previous retail or electronics sales experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with brands like Apple, Samsung, Google, and general knowledge of 3C products is a plus.
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to grasp new product features quickly.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work under sales pressure.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Passionate about technology and eager to share product experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
