We are a premium hair extension and salon group with a thriving e-commerce arm, now expanding internationally. As we grow, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee our financial operations, both domestically and abroad, and ensure our systems scale with our business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end bookkeeping for both salon and e-commerce operations
  • Cashflow forecasting and financial planning
  • Payroll processing and compliance
  • Preparing management reports to support strategic decision-making
  • BAS preparation and lodgement
  • Managing leases, insurances, and associated documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and assisting with global market entry requirements
  • Supporting financial strategy for international scaling and cross-border transactions

About You

  • Degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance management, preferably in e-commerce
  • BAS
  • Experience with international business operations, including knowledge of overseas tax laws, import/export requirements, and currency management
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB or similar)
  • Experience with Shopify a plus
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on scaling processes effectively

Location: Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast

Hours: Part-time – approx hours/week
