Seahaven Noosa, a premier beachfront resort nestled in Hastings Street, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant. With 42 luxurious Beachfront Apartments and 5 pristine pools, Seahaven Noosa Resort is synonymous with excellence and relaxation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Maintenance Manager: Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of the resort facilities.
  • Daily Setup of Resort Common Areas: Take charge of setting up common areas, including the cleaning of pools and BBQ areas, to maintain a pristine and inviting environment for our guests.
  • Pool Maintenance and Chemical Balancing: Regularly inspect and maintain pools, ensuring optimal chemical balance for the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
  • Room Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform necessary repairs to guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and functional experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, including weekends, as per the demands of the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to uphold the high standards of Seahaven Noosa Resort.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting maintenance issues and performing basic handyman repairs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
