Due to increased demand, we seek a confident, outgoing, and customer-focused person to join our growing reservations team.

You will be based at our Brisbane depot in Woolloongabba & we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. You will be working on a rotating roster, and some weekend work may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Manage inbound customer/sales enquiries
  • Provide quotes and process booking requests
  • Follow up on existing quotes & respond to queries across a multitude of channels including (but not limited to) Live Chat, Phone, WhatsApp, email & text.
  • Process booking confirmations & invoices, ensuring on-time sales fulfilment & prompt completion of all after-sales documentation
  • Handle general enquiries, ensuring high levels of service are maintained.
  • Perform administrative duties as directed

About You

  • Experience in sales and customer service is highly regarded, although not essential. Full training provided for the right candidate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Have an eye for detail, be happy to work unsupervised in a team environment, but still deliver on set targets
  • Fluency in English both written and oral. Speaking either German, Dutch or French is a plus.
  • A good sense of humor, we are Wicked Campers after all

Backpackers are encouraged to apply; however, a 6-month commitment is required to be considered for this role.
