About The Company:

My client is a well-established residential builder backed by a major property development group. With a strong presence in the North West Sydney market, they specialise in house and land packages and spec homes, delivering stylish and affordable new homes. Their head office is based in Bella Vista, and they are proud of their reputation for providing a supportive, team-oriented culture and a long-term vision for growth and career progression.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to take ownership of a display home located in Box Hill. Working autonomously, you'll manage the entire sales process from enquiry to contract signing. You'll be responsible for converting leads generated via the company website, developing relationships with developers, and thinking strategically to generate new opportunities. You'll also represent the business with prominent brand exposure across billboards and digital marketing. This is a standalone role where you'll report directly to the General Manager and Vice President, with regular catch-ups held at the Sydney office.

About You:


You'll be a driven and self-motivated Sales Consultant with a background in residential new home sales. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar sales role with a home builder.

  • Proven ability to manage leads, build rapport, and close sales.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • The ability to work autonomously and think creatively to drive new business.

  • A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for the property and building industry.
