Trifecta have partnered with a reputable Tier 3 builder based in the inner South East Suburbs, they have been in operation for over 8 years where they have been working on Commercial, Education and small Multi residential/townhouse projects up to $20m.

Your New Role

Working alongside an experienced PM, Senior CAs and Site Managers, you will be responsible for:

  • Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
  • Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.
  • Subcontract variation and progress claims.
  • Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.

What you need to succeed

  • 6 months - 2 years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
  • Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
  • Ideally financial management systems experience.
  • A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ideally tertiary degree qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
