DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Health & Safety Manager, Compliance in Goulburn.

To support site-based Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management plans. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure QHSE objectives are met. Provide expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.

Your typical day at DSV:

  • Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
  • Implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit finding.
  • Liaising with external auditors for certifications and accreditation.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
  • Ensuring that the organization's QHSE policies and procedures are followed.
  • Providing QHSE training and awareness programs for employees.
  • Investigating incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Preparing and submitting QHSE reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.

About you:

  • Strong understanding of QHSE principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
  • Complete knowledge of relevant management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Relevant experience in QHSE management or a related field.
  • Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
  • Experience in developing and implementing QHSE systems.
