DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Health & Safety Manager, Compliance in Goulburn.

To support site-based Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management plans. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure QHSE objectives are met. Provide expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Conducting regular internal audits and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions based on audit finding.
- Liaising with external auditors for certifications and accreditation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.
- Ensuring that the organization's QHSE policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing QHSE training and awareness programs for employees.
- Investigating incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Preparing and submitting QHSE reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.

**About you**:

- Strong understanding of QHSE principles and practices.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
- Complete knowledge of relevant management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Relevant experience in QHSE management or a related field.
- Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
- Experience in developing and implementing QHSE systems.
