We're actively seeking two energetic Client Service Managers to join a Top 15 ranked Australian Broker businesses and Franchise Office of the Year 2025
Based in Narellan, we have a brokerage backed by over 20 years of industry experience. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our Mortgage Broker Team, handling tasks ranging from phone sales, loan lodgement to follow-up and settlement. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, process driven and a keen interest in problem solving. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation & Lodgement of Loan Applications with Lenders
- Follow up of Loan Applications from Lodgement through to Settlement
- Attend and present at meetings with management and colleagues to provide status updates and process improvement
- Ownership of the individual and team targets
- Being a customer experience advocate - we go out of our way to help
- Team support and a willingness to teach and learn with each other
- Spearhead client, broker, solicitors and lender party relationship management
- Diligently maintaining business systems and reporting
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and "find a way" attitude
- Adaptability to new challenges, open mindset
- Highly refined verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
- Skilled at managing workloads efficiently in high-pressure, high-volume situations.
- High attention process and analytical
- Strong command of digital technologies and software systems
Experience & Knowledge
- 2yrs experience working as a loan processor or currently in a finance related field is desirable
- Worked in a Kanban environment and/or understand basic Kanban Principles
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Suite, Google Workspace, Canva
- Design, document and maintain internal processes
Qualifications
● Completed Tertiary education is desirable
● Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking is desirable but not essential
