We're looking for an experienced Duty Manager to help lead our team and deliver an incredible guest experience every day.


About the Role

As a Duty Manager at Clubhouse Sunshine Coast, you'll take charge of daily operations — running shifts, motivating staff, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You'll work closely with our Club Manager and help drive consistency, service standards and team culture.

This is a full-time role, with night and weekend availability required (up to 10pm finishes).


What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate a young, energetic front-of-house team
  • Oversee daily bar, golf and darts operations
  • Ensure top-tier customer service and atmosphere
  • Manage cash handling, stock and close procedures
  • Assist with events, group bookings and activations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment

About You
  • 2+ years' experience in hospitality leadership (bar, venue or restaurant)
  • Confident managing people and running a shift
  • Calm under pressure and great with customers
  • RSA essential (RSG + First Aid a bonus)
  • Hands-on attitude — you lead by example
