We are offering a fantastic and unique opportunity for a full time Novated Lease Relationship Manager .

This is a rare opportunity to walk into a successful client portfolio

This position would be ideal for a dedicated and mature minded candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and  looking for stable employment with continuous on-the-job learning opportunities.

We are a well established (24 years) , Queensland owned and operated company specialising in all facets of salary packaging and novated leases.  We continue to grow organically.

Position is based at our Maroochydore office.

Knowledge of Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing is preferred.

Training provided as required.

Experience in Queensland Government novated lease market an advantage.

Primary requirement is business acquisition and retention.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing and repeat clients
  • Communicate with new and prospective clients
  • Prepare Novated lease / salary packaging quotes
  • Liaise with car dealerships in relation to vehicle pricing
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email
  • Assist in account management of client portfolio

A friendly and professional manner will be required when communicating with clients.

This position offers a base pay plus no cap on monthly bonuses.

Police Security and Bankruptcy check will be required.
