A commercial construction company is looking for an experienced site supervisor to join our team.

In this position you would be expected to:

- Carry out full site supervision
- Organise sub contractors
- Order materials
- Take responsibility for all site health and safety and environment management
- Meet all contract deadlines
- Perform all works to current building code standards
- Must have recent commercial building experience
- Must be trade qualified
- Must hold site supervisor licence
- Experience coordinating sub-contractors and ordering materials
- Retirement Village experience preferred but not essential
- Proven success in delivering projects to budgets and time frames
- Excellent health and safety record
- Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
- Able to interpret building plans and specifications
- Must be computer literate
- Must have unrestricted license and vehicle suitable for carrying tools and materials (Ute/Van)
- Must have own tools
- Must have a "can do" attitude
- Must be vaccinated (COVID & FLU) - due to the nature of our work around retirement villages we do require this position to be fully vaccinated

Geographically most of our work is based on the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
