Due to ongoing market success our client, an award-winning builder has an opportunity for an experienced Building Supervisor to join their leadership team. With an extensive referral base and repeat business, they are a builder who boast a solid reputation for delivering quality homes for both the retail and investor market. A solid portfolio that is progressing from 150 to 200 homes a year. You can be confident you will be joining a company whose reputation most definitely precedes them

**Your new role**
This client is offering an opportunity to an experienced residential Building Supervisor to join their team and take control of their Sunshine Coast region. You will take responsibility for between 15 to 20 residential builds simultaneously and report directly to the Construction manager. In addition, you will have responsibility of I project scheduling to organising trades, materials, quality control and some client liaison

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you must have previous experience in a similar role in managing multiple projects at once, in residential construction. In addition, a QBCC site supervisors license or the ability to obtain one is required. Strong technical knowledge and understanding is required as well as being very well organised, good time management and good communication skills
