We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own relationships across a portfolio of Financial Services customers. You'll be the trusted partner, driving satisfaction, retention and growth by ensuring customers consistently see value from their engagement with Interactive.

What you'll do:

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Act as the operational lead for all day-to-day customer interactions.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Develop and maintain customer success plans aligned to customer goals.
  • Spot opportunities for renewal, growth and risk mitigation.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in customer success, service delivery or account management.
  • Experience working with Financial Services customers.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and influence outcomes.
  • A collaborative, customer-first mindset.
