Customer Success Manager

We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to own relationships across a portfolio of Financial Services customers. You'll be the trusted partner, driving satisfaction, retention and growth by ensuring customers consistently see value from their engagement with Interactive.
What you'll do:
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Act as the operational lead for all day-to-day customer interactions.
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Develop and maintain customer success plans aligned to customer goals.
- Spot opportunities for renewal, growth and risk mitigation.
What you bring:
- 5+ years in customer success, service delivery or account management.
- Experience working with Financial Services customers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships and influence outcomes.
- A collaborative, customer-first mindset.
