Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit an Occupational Therapist to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

About the Role:

This position provides diverse experience across various departments within our comprehensive healthcare network. You'll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services that enhance patient outcomes and support recovery journeys.

In this role you will:

  • conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
  • provide therapeutic interventions across multiple clinical areas through the rotating structure
  • collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care
  • contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice development
  • mentor students and less experienced occupational therapists

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.

Lyell McEwin Hospital – The major hospital in the north and north-east for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Modbury Hospital – A general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.
