About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join The Gully, Northeast Clinical Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program team.

The Gully is a recovery focused rehabilitation program for people aged 18 to 65 years who have a lived experience of mental illness. The program provides clients an opportunity to work towards recovery goals through group work and individual sessions. The program's occupational focus aims to facilitate change and support engagement in activities of daily living, work, social participation and interests.

The Gully coordinates the NECMHS OT Clinic. This service offers occupational therapy assessments and includes an intervention plan and recommendations based on the consumer's occupational goals.

These services operate in the Northeast at Modbury.

Your role will involve occupational therapy assessment, intervention and group program planning, implementation and evaluation. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing consumer's functional abilities, designing personalised treatment plans, creating group programs using evidenced based resources.

This position is part of a dynamic and supportive environment that values collaboration and continuous learning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider Northeast Community Mental Health multidisciplinary team, exchanging knowledge and expertise to deliver comprehensive care.

To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist with Occupational Therapy Australia.
