What You'll Lead:

  • Prepare diverse breakfast, brunch and specialty menu items to our high standards

  • Mentor junior kitchen staff and contribute to training programs
  • Support menu development for cafe and expanding services
  • Collaborate on cost management, inventory control and waste minimisation
  • Help establish and maintain compliant systems for our growing catering operations

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years commercial kitchen experience
  • Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and HACCP compliance
  • Proven track record in maintaining food safety standards and documentation
  • Experience with breakfast/brunch service and high-volume periods
  • Weekend and early morning availability (6am starts)
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and accountability mindset
  • Commitment to cleanliness, organization and professional standards
