Job Description – RESTAURANT MANAGER:

As the RESTAURANT MANAGER, you will be responsible for all services & trainings of this harbourside venue that PUMPS with all areas of FOH operations. You'll be meeting & greeting & understanding the nuances of the locals, expecting their wants & needs & creating an amazing FOH culture of service driven systems & processes... Delivering on best in sector service alongside the passionate, easy-going owner, alongside creating a nurturing environment in which all team members can flourish.

This role reports into the venue's GM & will have you working alongside very passionate individuals.

You will work in a highly collaborative way, engaging with the GM & owner, when helping drive FOH menu creative, evolving processes & ensuring solid operations whilst leading the team to success.

Candidate Profile: 

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Experience as a Venue Manager in a high turnover venue with seasonal produce at the fore
  • Previous experience in managing busy FOH teams a must, with relevant skill sets required.
  • A "hands-on" approach & the ability to execute floor team operations
  • High level communication with a positive & consultative approach to leadership
  • The ability to review operational performance & make improvements where necessary
  • Full Australian working rights
