Sydney Venue Restaurant Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our Sydney venue. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or hospitality industry
- Exceptional food and beverage knowledge, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Certified RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) license required
