Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to play a crucial role in our global expansion efforts. You'll be responsible for identifying and researching potential clients across multiple international markets, building comprehensive prospect databases that will fuel our growth. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify companies that match specific targeting criteria such as company size, remote work policies, and industry focus
  • Locate and compile contact information for key decision makers including C-level executives, operations leaders, and department heads
  • Maintain accurate and organized prospect databases using Google Sheets and other client-provided tools
  • Follow detailed research guidelines and meet daily lead generation targets based on your 4-hour work schedule
  • Conduct market research across multiple countries and regions to support international expansion efforts
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all prospect information collected

Requirements

  • Proven experience with online research and lead generation activities
