STAUFF Corporation has been a trusted name in the Australian Fluid Power industry since 1976. With branches across Australia and a national network of partners, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.

We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team in Wetherill Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and technical support via email, phone and counter sales
  • Assist customers with product selection
  • Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
  • Provide valuable support to the external sales team

Selection Criteria:

  • Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
  • Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with ability to accept responsibility
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable

A mechanical aptitude and/or previous experience in the hydraulics industry is advantageous.
