Mr Percival's is a striking overwater bar at the heart of Howard Smith Wharves. Offering up service with style, Mr Percival's delivers the ultimate alfresco drinking and dining locale, where energy and elegance combine.

We're looking for standout section waiters who love people and live for delivering elevated, warm service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming every guest with warmth, personality, and professionalism
  • Managing guest expectations and wait times with confidence and care
  • Communicating closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
  • Upholding our high service standards and bringing positive energy to every shift
  • Supporting pre- and post-service briefings and transitions
  • Turning over tables during service, managing guests waiting and waiting times, ensuring that guests waiting are comfortably
  • Serving guests, taking food and drink orders

What we're looking for:

  • Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday is essential
  • Experience in premium dining, high-volume restaurants or luxury hospitality preferred
  • Passion for people and delivering thoughtful, engaging guest interactions
  • Confident using booking systems and coordinating floor movements
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of our venues and offerings (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • A positive, proactive team player with a can-do attitude
  • Hold a valid Queensland RSA
