What You'll Do
Every day, you'll be working directly with tenants to create a safe, stable foundation for their futures. You'll provide a broad range of tenancy services to tenants, and other stakeholders, to help them sustain their tenancies, including lease sign-ups, conducting tenancy and property inspections, developing personalised tenancy plans, managing a portfolio, collaborating with support services, case management for tenancy disputes and attending Queensland, Civil Administration Tribunal (QCAT). Whether mediating disputes, ensuring compliance with tenancy laws, or fostering community cohesion, your focus will be on helping people have a voice, be supported, and succeed in their tenancy.

Your background might include:
Real estate/Property Management
Social Work or Human Services Background
You'll stand out if you:

The ability to balance autonomy with teamwork and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture.
