Medical Receptionist

Lane Cove Physiotherapy Centre requires:

A reliable, flexible and self motivated person to join our team of administration reception staff at Lane Cove.

Your role and duties will include:

• manage client bookings by phone and through computer software (PracSuite)

Microsoft office skills - WORD and Excel

- follow up phone calls to clients and entering patient data on the computer

- General filing

- meeting and greeting patients

- processing, billing and taking payments

General clean up and keeping clinic tidy

- other ad hoc receptionist duties

You must have great personal presentation, great English and communication skills and be computer literate. Having Pracsuite program experience is an advantage but not essential.

We require you to be professional and have excellent customer service skills. A local person to Lane Cove area is preferred.

Job share with 3 other receptionists. Morning and afternoon shift available to start on Thursday and Friday. Approximately 12-15 hours per week. Must be flexible to cover holiday relief and sick leave at times for other shifts in the week.

Would suit a mature person with flexible commitments who lives on the lower north shore area. Temps are not suited for this role.
