You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting members, and providing excellent customer service for our integrated gymnastics club and Pilates studio.

Greet members, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
Manage bookings, memberships, and payments
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Support events and promotions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with point-of-sale systems
Availability to work Saturdays 8:30am-11:45am
