We are excited to be opening a new health hub in Brighton and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Practice Manager to lead a dynamic Dental team.

About the role

Reporting to the Group Manager Dental, we are not only looking for a brilliant administrator with exceptional Leadership skills to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience but also someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and step in to support all areas of dental as required.

Working in a fast paced and vibrant environment, the Practice Manager is part of our leadership team and are responsible for the day to day operations of the practice.  They support and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results and success, they create positive team cultures, where team members' work together to ensure the ultimate patient experience and quality care is delivered each and every time.

A self-motivated professional with a can-do approach is essential for this role

About you

The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who is looking for that next step in their career and thrive in an environment where they are able to have a direct impact over the business's profitability and success.  They will have solid management experience with a strong focus on team cohesion and the ability to build relationships and positively influence professionals and practitioners.

Accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organisation skills and a proactive and empathetic approach to interactions with others.

Qualifications in business and/or practice management in Dental would be highly regarded.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees, hold a current WWCC and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
