MotorMarket - our dealer-to-dealer marketplace, is exploding in volume, and every transaction needs a smooth hand-off from "sold" to "delivered." We're hiring a Transport & Logistics Coordinator to build the end-to-end process andpersonally run it: booking carriers, tracking moves and keeping vendors and buyers informed at every step.

What we're looking for
  • You love designing SOPs and then jumping on the phone to lock in a carrier - same day.
  • Hyper-organised and disciplined; nothing slips through the cracks no matter how many moves are in flight.
  • Clear, confident communicator across phone, email and in-platform chat.
  • Proactive problem-solver who spots delays early, escalates fast and fixes issues before they hurt our buyers or sellers.
  • Systems-minded: comfortable living in SaaS platforms and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Team player who thrives in a supportive, no-ego culture.
Core responsibilities
  • Assist our wide variety of customers.
  • Map the full transport workflow, set SLAs and keep our MotorPlatform records up to date.
  • Book and manage every vehicle movement: pick-ups, drop-offs, in-transit tracking and POD collection.
  • Close the information loop - notify vendors and buyers of ETAs, changes and completed deliveries.
  • Verify and correct listing details (VINs, specs, images) before transport is arranged.
  • Coach dealer sales managers on entering precise information in MotorMarket.
  • Capture transport costs, damage reports and status updates directly in the platform - no rogue spreadsheets.
Experience & toolkit
  • 2–5 years in freight, transport, automotive logistics or comparable coordination roles.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and workflow tools such as Jira or
  • Familiarity with Xero or MYOB for basic payables/receivables is a plus.
