Role and Responsibilities


• Building and managing strong relationships with key donors and stakeholders.


• Support and contribute to Orphans Sponsorship programs and events, provide essential high-standard administrative support and liaise with donors, supporters and stakeholders.


• Ensuring the CRM database is kept up to date with accurate donor information and processing and receipting of all fundraising transactions in a timely and efficient manner.


• Reconciliations and receipting/processing of Gifts


• Coordination and implementation of communications with donors


• Liaise with fundraisers from enquiry to completion, providing resources and supporting campaign progress and recognising results.


• Other Adhoc duties as requested by the departmental Managers/Director in the interest of HAA's objectives

What you'll need to succeed


• Significant demonstrated experience and success in program coordinating and event management (essential), preferably in the not-for-profit sector (desirable)


• Ability to perform a high volume of outbound supporter calls


• Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills and can build rapport easily


• Confident, enthusiastic and resilient.


• Strong project management skills, including the proven ability to proactively meet deadlines and manage competing priorities


• High-level communication skills, both written and verbal


• Experience working with CRMs


• Be a team player with the ability to collaborate
