We're looking for a
Project
Manager Network & Schedule Transformation
to lead the end-to-end delivery of decision support capability into Network planning & Scheduling in the Commercial Planning function.
In this key role, you will manage internal and external stakeholders as required to develop and implement project deliverables, within the constraints of time, cost, and efficiency.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on delivery of complex transformation and enjoys collaborating across stakeholders to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
As Project
Manager Network & Schedule Transformation, your focus will include:
- Develop and manage a project schedule and baseline to support task management, deliverables timing and milestone timing.
- Develop a resource plan in alignment with the agreed project schedule and budget.
- Manage internal and external resources in line with the relevant way of working, in terms of activities/deliverables/outcomes and associated cost profiles.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support deliverable, cost and benefit tracking, risk and issue management, and progress reporting against baseline.
- Establish and maintain the project forecasts in alignment with agreed budget.
- Operate in leadership/co-ordination roles within an agile environment when appropriate, and act as a champion of change for different ways of working and mentor/coach of team members.

- Possesses excellent communication and project leadership skills
- Brings a collaborative leadership style and a passion for supporting team growth and development.
- Has experience in airline network planning and scheduling.
- Understands airline scheduling, pricing & operational systems.
- Is experienced in delivering transformation initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Has strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance complex trade-offs
- Thrives in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and time-sensitive deliverables
- Is proactive in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
