Assistant Manager – Full-Time | Intersport Noosa

Intersport is a world-leading sports retailer dedicated to providing customers with top-quality products from the best brands—always at great prices.

Our locally owned Noosa store is looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager who loves footwear, thrives on sales, and leads by example.

In this role, you will:

  • Actively sell on the floor and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Share your footwear expertise to find the right fit and performance for every customer
  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
  • Coach, motivate, and inspire the team to hit sales and service targets
  • Maintain strong merchandising and stock presentation standards
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture

What you'll bring:

  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience (footwear/sports retail preferred)
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and achieving results
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive approach
  • Physically capable of performing retail floor tasks

We're open 7 days a week (only 10am–3pm Sundays). Weekend availability is required.
