About the Role

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Venue Manager (or someone ready to step up) to help lead our Taproom experience. You'll split your time across the floor, bar and brewery tours - setting the tone, lifting the vibe, and delivering consistently high standards of service.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily operations of the Taproom - from stock to shift closes
  • Jump on bar or floor where needed - team first, always
  • Host brewery tours and share our story with confidence
  • Uphold WHS and cleanliness standards (our brewery is part of the experience)
  • Lead with energy, bring initiative, and help make every guest feel welcome
  • Back the team and keep the vibe upbeat and premium
