Position Overview:

In these roles, you will be a key player in providing an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with product inquiries, manage transactions, and help maintain an organized and attractive store environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
  • Support the sales team in achieving store goals and promoting store initiatives.
  • Answering enquires over the phone.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary:  $62,500/$67,500 minimum per year + super
  • Bonus Opportunities: Staff products discount

Working Hours

Monday to friday 9am to 4pm

Saturday: 9am to 2pm

Sunday: ALWAYS OFF

You will be working in a 5 days roster with 2 days off

Experience in the  e-Bike and e-Scooter industry is a plus.
