What your day will look like….

You'll balance hands-on clinical care with strategic service leadership—providing quality dental treatment to children and eligible patients while ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centred services across the region. Your day will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting and developing auxiliary staff and students, and driving service improvement through planning, evaluation, and innovation. Each interaction—whether with patients, colleagues, or community partners—will contribute to improving oral health outcomes and strengthening the wellbeing of the Darling Downs community.
