The Role
As a Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities across the End User Computing (EUC) environment, across Windows, Mac and MTR devices and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out vulnerability scans and assessments across end user devices and applications
  • Review vulnerabilities and implement timely remediation of vulnerabilities, including patching, hotfixes and configuration changes
  • Work closely with IT, Security to investigate logs and carry out remediation
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in managing, deploying, configuring and patching Windows 11 via Intune
  • Vulnerability management knowledge and experience carrying out vulnerability scans
  • Strong reporting and documentations skills
  • Background in desktop support
