APCO North Geelong is looking for an energetic and motivated Grocery Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in grocery or retail who is eager to grow and advance their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Assist the Store Manager to oversee day-to-day grocery operations to ensure shelves are well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and lead by example.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Use your initiative to solve problems, manage priorities, and keep things running seamlessly.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in grocery or retail (supervisory experience is a bonus).
  • A driven, hands-on team player with strong communication skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends if required.
