A Melbourne-based investment fund focused on strategic growth and income opportunities. This unlisted managed fund aims to deliver returns through a diversified portfolio of interest-earning deposits, securities, and entrepreneurial investment ventures.

Description

  • Manage and oversee fund portfolios to ensure optimal performance and risk management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve investment objectives and financial goals.
  • Analyse market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on fund performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of investment products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and diversification.

Profile

A successful Senior Fund Accountant should have:

  • Strong background in fund management, with a focus on property or equities.
  • CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 5+ years related industry experience.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in portfolio management and investment strategies.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
