We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our Goondiwindi Service Department. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Department with strong organisational and leadership skills, making informed decisions to optimise performance and efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor Service Department KPIs and financial outcomes to drive profitability and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community, providing clear communication and high-quality service at all times.
  • Use effective listening and interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Promote accountability, reliability, and initiative among team members.
  • Work with a diverse range of brands including Isuzu Trucks, Isuzu Ute, RAM, New Holland, Croplands and Agrowplow to name a few.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive service management (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Sound understanding of Service Department KPIs, operational processes, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing people and fostering a positive team environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Technical understanding of diagnostic software and multi-brand mechanical systems.
  • A proactive, customer-focused, and hands-on management style.
