About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Driver to join our transport and waste services team in Goondiwindi. You'll be operating various vehicles, handling waste management and logistics, and working closely with a small, supportive crew that keeps things moving safely and efficiently.

How You'll Do This

  • Operate various waste management vehicles to complete local waste and recycling runs
  • Load, transport and unload bins safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and follow site procedures
  • Conduct pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and compliance
  • Uphold strong safety standards, CoR and represent the business professionally

About You

You're a safe and capable driver who takes pride in your work and your vehicle. You know the importance of reliability, good communication, and teamwork — and you're looking for a stable role with a down-to-earth team.

You'll also bring:

  • A current HC or MC licence
  • Experience operating a hook lift truck and/or front lift truck (preferable)
  • A strong safety mindset and good understanding of load restraint and NHVR requirements
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • A practical, hands-on attitude and a focus on doing the job right
