People Services Coordinator

We are seeking a People Services Coordinator to ensure our workforce is supported, valued, and always equipped to deliver the highest standard of care.

What you will do
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, compliance checks, and training records
  • Assist with rosters across services, ensuring coverage and continuity
  • Process fortnightly payroll, including transitioning to Xero
  • Maintain accurate, compliant staff records with a strong focus on safeguarding children
  • Support recruitment, workforce engagement, and HR initiatives
What you will bring
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and payroll
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and awards
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and digital skills
  • Experience with Xero or ECEC workforce systems (desirable)
