We are searching for a driven individual to work alongside our Selling Director in Liverpool, as part of a high-performing Effective Business Unit (EBU). This is not just another job — it's a launchpad for your future in real estate sales.

What the Role Involves:

As a vital support to our Sales Director, you'll be immersed in every stage of the sales process, including:

  • Attending and participating in Market Appraisals

  • Assisting in the listing process and preparing properties to launch on the market

  • Managing and conducting Open Homes

  • Following up with potential buyers

  • Assisting in negotiations and helping drive transactions to successful completion

You'll be learning by doing, side-by-side with one of Liverpool's most trusted and recognised sales professionals — giving you instant credibility and the tools to build your own profile.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone energised by real estate and passionate about helping people move forward

  • A quick learner who embraces feedback and challenges

  • Prepared to work weekends – this is not a 9–5 role

  • A self-starter with a strong sense of teamwork, but who can also operate independently

  • Open to ongoing training, both internal and external
