We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our busy orthodontic practice.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our practice and will provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to patients in person, via phone, and through digital communication channels.
  • Manage all aspects of the patient journey, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination between patients and practitioners.
  • Administer patient records, ensuring all information is accurate, confidential, and up to date.
  • Support patients with health fund queries, consent forms, treatment plans, and payment processing.
  • Assist with patient queries, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout their experience with our practice.
  • Represent our practice in social media channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage patient information, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
  • Ability to navigate the full patient journey, ensuring all aspects from appointment scheduling to post-treatment care are handled smoothly.
  • High attention to detail, with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
