
Maintenance Carpenter – Commercial

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing team, servicing general maintenance needs across commercial and government facilities in the Illawarra Region.
This role is ideal for a reliable, respectful, and self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general carpentry maintenance across a variety of commercial and government sites
- Respond to 3–4 maintenance requests per day, varying from minor repairs to more involved fixes
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Work independently and manage daily task schedules
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
About You:
- Experience in maintenance and repair work (commercial/government experience highly regarded)
- Own vehicle and tools (fuel card provided)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain – we can organise this for you)
- Honest, trustworthy, and professional with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety
