We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing team, servicing general maintenance needs across commercial and government facilities in the Illawarra Region.

This role is ideal for a reliable, respectful, and self-motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is looking to join a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general carpentry maintenance across a variety of commercial and government sites
  • Respond to 3–4 maintenance requests per day, varying from minor repairs to more involved fixes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Work independently and manage daily task schedules
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

About You:

  • Experience in maintenance and repair work (commercial/government experience highly regarded)
  • Own vehicle and tools (fuel card provided)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain – we can organise this for you)
  • Honest, trustworthy, and professional with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety
