About the role

BC Complete is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Carpenter/ Patio Installer to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position based in Dapto NSW 2530, this role is crucial in delivering high-quality construction and installation services to our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpret drawings, and specifications to carry out carpentry tasks with precision
  • Perform a range of carpentry duties, including framing, finishing, and installing various building components
  • Specialise in the installation of patios, decks, and other outdoor structures
  • Collaborate with the project manager and other tradespeople to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
  • Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification as a Carpenter, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the building trades industry
  • Proven expertise in the installation of patios, decks, and other outdoor structures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges on the job
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
