**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the electrical team, ensuring the successful design, development, and integration of electrical systems for the caravan car.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with other departments.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, design, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into the project.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems design and implementation.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of electrical engineers or technicians.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit design, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for electrical design and analysis.

**Desirable Attributes**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) technology and renewable energy systems.
- Having certification and experience in PLC, Scada is an advantage.
- Have experience in solar power, IOT system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry advancements.
- Experience in working on custom projects.
