Your Opportunity

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional ready to make a difference? CSL is looking for a Materials Support Administrator to join our dynamic Utilities Operations team at our Broadmeadows site. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials required for Utilities Operations, minimising disruptions and providing a variety of technical operational services support to the Utilities Engineering Department.

Your Role

Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager – Utilities you will:

  • Evaluate and forecast material requirements for utility systems to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, processing, and sampling of bulk chemicals
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships, assessing performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Support resolution of supply chain issues and implement effective inventory management strategies
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order processes
  • Maintain the training matrix, conduct alarm report reviews and manage minor changes to technical documentation.
  • Raise service requests, generate reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation systems
  • Liaise with vendors and follow up on invoice processing.

Your Experience

  • Completed VCE or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field but not essential
  • Familiarity with regulatory and site codes, including Good Manufacturing Practice and quality policies
  • Experience in a similar administration or coordination role
