This role is ideal for a confident, results-oriented professional who excels at engaging with CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives to develop tailored, sustainable service solutions across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the waste and environmental management sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, providing strategic, data-driven proposals that align with operational and sustainability goals.

• Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless contract delivery and client satisfaction.

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive business growth and market share.

• Meet and exceed defined sales and performance targets through a structured, professional approach.

About You

• Proven success in business development, account management, or sales within waste management, facilities, or service-based industries.

• Extroverted, confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence executive-level decision-makers.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tender processes, contract negotiation, and client retention.
